Presenting the First Gorath Cantina Crawl!
About The Event: The cantina crawls are a series of events that are open to everyone from every server. We gather in a particular cantina at a particular time, get all dressed up, and then 'crawl' from location to location and party hard. Although most of the people who attend are entertainers, we welcome folks from all walks of life to an evening of music, merriment, flirting, fashion and fun.
When: Saturday, June 17th. Gathering time is 4pm Eastern (1pm Pacific), we move out around 4:30pm. Latecomers are welcome to join wherever we are (use the channel listed below to contact us). Please have patience with us at the beginning of the event, it can take some time to get everything in place before we go a-crawlin.
Where: We're going to start things off at the Lucky Despot Cantina, Mos Eilsey, Tatooine. The map and schedule of the rest of the stops will be updated at a later time.
Channel: Once logged into Gorath, join the ENT chat channel. Right click on the tab and select modify, and then choose Join Channel. Look for Gorath and then the sub heading of Chat. Under that, scroll down the alphabetical list to find ENT. Make sure this channel is visible in your chat window as we'll be using this channel to communicate.
Travel Arrangements: If you will need cash to aid with travel, contact Sti-fi or Honeewoo (preferably before the event starts) and I'll take care of it.
What to Wear: No pre-set outfits, just a color scheme that you are asked to adhere to: Purple & White. You can contact me anytime on Gorath before the crawl and I'll be happy make you some outfits. If you need help with funds, let me know. During the night of the crawl I will try to have some pre-made outfits on hand in a vendor. Don't bet on a new outfit on that night, I could run out quickly. If you want clothing made, show up a few days prior!
Primary Contact: I’ll be on as Sti-fi for the event. If I miss a tell, just keep sending it or try sending a tell to the other staff members. I can be reached in game as Sti-fi and Honeewoo or here on these forums.
Prepare Early: If you're joining us from another server, please make your character on Gorath during the days prior to the event so you can start working on entertainer skills, get to know some of the other people that will be at the event, and avoid the last minute character setting up rush. If you'd rather make your character the day of the event, that's ok too. Either way, contact Sti-fi or Honeewoo and I'll help take care of travel, clothing, food, and instrument needs.
Staff: We will identify choreographers and music directors before the night of the event; these folks will lead the groups. If you're interested in helping, contact me or post here!

A huge thank you to all the amazing and wonderful Entertainer leaders who came before me. They have helped the community so much. They've given support in setting up this sort of thing and have left amazing detail so we can carry on the tradition.
