HOWTO: Setup a new cyno alt, by Chezaka

Cyno-Alt characteristics:
» Fly Kestrels! Of which the corp has plenty in stock as cyno-ships!
» Make 2 cyno's from 1 Kestrel cargohold. No more refueling LO after each cyno, thanks to Kestrel en Cyno Level 3, your cargo can hold 2 x 350 LO!
» Anchoring level 1, if the alt would ever need to offline/online a pos module, it can do so!
» Cloaking level 1, so the alt can double as cloaking scout! Very handy! Thx Svett!
» Stay way under the 900.000 clone SP, so you don't need to upgrade your clone! Free podjumping your cyno-alt from office to office!

Step 1: Create a character: Caldari, Achura, Inventor (, Industry, Prospector)

Step 2: After char creation, go to Character sheet, attributes, and remap attributes:

• Max out Intelligence (gets to 15)
• Rest goes to Memory (gets to 9)

Step 3: Buy some stuff of market:

• All skill books listed in the training queues below.
• Two cheap implants: Intelligence "Limited Cybernetic Subprocessor - Beta" (+2) and Memory "Limited Memory Augmentation - Beta" (+2) implant.
  (implants can be skipped if you want to go uber-cheap, but will take half a day extra training time!)

Step 4: Setup this training queue:
